The Pictured Rocks Lakeshore Trail - 42 miles hugging the coast of Lake Superior. We've been to the Pictured Rocks area once before and it immediately became one of our favorite places on earth. But we only got to see a small portion of it. Wanting to see more of it and wanting to challenge ourselves to a longer distance hike we thought what better place to do it - in one of the most picturesque places in Michigan.
